Prof. Sham Tickoo (Founder)
Prof. Sham Tickoo is currently working as a Professor at Purdue
University, USA. He received MS in Industrial Technology (1989) from Northern Illinois
University, Illinois, USA; MS in Industrial and Management Engineering (1980) from
University of Iowa, Iowa City, USA; and BS in Mechanical Engineering (1974) from
NIT, Srinagar, India. Before joining Purdue University in 1987, Prof. Tickoo has
worked as a Design Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, and Software Developer.

CAD Team
Ms. Kavita Kumari (CAD Specialist)
Kavita Kumari is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. She has
industrial experienced of about 2 years and has worked on various projects related
to Jig and Fixture design, Press Tool design, Panel Checker and Gauge design. She
has also co-authored a textbook on CATIA V5-6R2014. She specializes in SOLIDWORKS,
CATIA, and Autodesk Inventor. She has been providing training on these software
packages for past few years. She is an Autodesk certified Professional for Autodesk
Inventor.
Mr. Amit Prasad Semwal (CAD Specialist)
Amit Prasad Semwal is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. He
has specialization in Tool, Die, and Product Designs as well as manual CNC programming.
He has proficiency in various CAD/CAE software packages such as AutoCAD, NX, CATIA
V5, Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire, Mold flow. He also has industrial and teaching experience
and has worked on Stamping Die Design, Injection Mold Design, Die Casting Design,
Jig and Fixture Design projects for Maruti Suzuki, Godrej, Honda, Caparo, and Eicher.
He is an Autodesk certified Professional for AutoCAD.
Mr. Ipshit Pandita (CAD Specialist)
Ipshit Pandita has graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Pune University. He has
also completed a Certified diploma in Product Design. He is proficient in many CAD
software packages including CATIA and AutoCAD, and has a sound knowledge of Geometric
dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Civil Team
Mr. Manash Chatterjee (BIM Implementation Specialist and Mentor)
Manash Chatterjee has more than ten years of experience in
providing training in the workflow implementation of BIM in AEC industry. Apart
from training, his AEC professional experience spans over twelve years which includes
designing, CAD management, and project management. He is the contributing author
of many CAD and BIM titles including the widely acclaimed Autodesk Revit Architecture
for Architects and Designers, Exploring Map 3D, Exploring Revit Structure, and Exploring
AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Animation/VFX Team
Mrs. Mable Thomas (Academic Head)
Mable Thomas is masters in Computer Science with specialization
in VFX. She has authored a book on Autodesk Softimage. Her vast teaching experience
makes her an excellent mentor for students. She has a vast experience in the field
of animation and programming.
Ms. Arti Deshpande (CAD/Animation & VFX Specialist)
Arti Deshpande is an Electronics & Telecommunication engineer
with industrial experience of many years. She is a contributing author of the textbook
on AutoCAD Electrical. She also has proficiency in Animation field. The software
skills she possesses include AutoCAD Electrical, 3ds Max, 3ds Max Design, and Photoshop.
Editing Team
Rajendra Badola
An avid book reader and a prolific writer,
Mr. Rajendra Badola
has been associated with publishing industry for more than 12 years and has a long
experience of working as a content editor in various organizations. He has been
serving this organization as an Editor from past six years. He has sound knowledge
of pre- and post- printing operations and various style guides used by editors and
writers in publishing industry. A post graduate in Mathematics, he developed interest
in reading and writing and carved out a niche in the field of content editing and
writing--the field that he finally chose as his profession. His interests include
writing blogs, short poems, short stories; and reading books of socio-economic nature,
revolutionary thoughts, and science fiction.
Anju Jethwani (Head–Corporate Communication and HR)
Ms. Anju Jethwani is a post graduate in English Literature
and Human Resource Development (PGDHRM) and has over 15 years of experience of managing
operations across various domains including Editing and Human Resource. She is associated
with CADCIM Technologies since 2006. Currently she is working as HR Head of all
TIET centres and is involved in the recruitment, induction and training of employees.
She possesses vast experience and expertise in editing and proof reading of textbooks
as well as content development for websites, brochures, proposals, and press releases.
At CADCIM, she has demonstrated excellence in editing books on various software
packages such as CAD/CAM, Animation, Computer Programming, and Civil engineering.
Her teaching qualification, B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) aids her in conducting
Personality Development classes efficiently at TIET. Previously, she has worked
with various reputed organizations including an international NGO, CUTS - a leading
policy-cum-advocacy organization on trade, economic and regulatory issues. At CUTS-International,
she lead the editing team which was involved in editing books, research papers,
and briefing papers on trade and economic issues.
Kusha Gupta
Kusha Gupta is Masters in English and Education. She is proficiently
working in the editing field from more than 3 years. She has also done Diploma in
Electronics and Communication and has experience of 2 years in the electronics industry.
She is B Ed and has taught in various schools for about 5 years. She also holds
Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design.
